Mr. Joshua Cabrera – Director of Bands
Joshua Cabrera has been the Director of Bands at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School since 2008. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Rutgers University in 2006. In addition to leading the various instrumental ensembles at JFK, he also teaches AP Music Theory and History of Popular Music. He currently resides in a secret bunker underneath New Jersey.
Mr. Brandon Eberhardt – Visual/Percussion Caption Head, JFK Marching Mustangs/JFK Indoor Percussion
Brandon Eberhardt has been working with the JFK Marching Mustangs since 2014. He has been involved with multiple marching arts programs over the past decade including Windsor Regiment, Fusion Drum and Bugle Core and Rutgers Marching Band. He has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Ms. Emma Patrimonio – Front Ensemble Instructor, JFK Marching Mustangs/JFK Indoor Percussion
Emma Patrimonio has been with the JFK Marching Mustangs since 2010, first as a student (2010-2015) and now as the front ensemble instructor. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from the John J. Cali School of Music (Montclair State University) in 2020. She also teaches private piano and flute lessons. She likes coffee.
Mr. Alexander Reisig – Color Guard Caption Head
Alex Reisig started working with the JFK Marching Mustangs in 2023 as the Color Guard Caption Head. With an appreciation for music, Alex enjoys translating musical expressions into powerful visual performances. Alex wholeheartedly believes in the profound transformative influence of the marching arts, viewing them not just as a performance medium but as a catalyst for personal and collective growth. If he is lost, you can find him at competitions enjoying a diet coke and hot dog.
